For New Runners
Work your way up to a 5K.  Before you hit the trails as an experienced runner, you must take the necessary preparations to craft your body for a run.  This program emphasizes development, goal-setting, health & fitness, wellness, physical sustainability.  We focus on core, endurance, flexibility, and strength.

TIME TO TRAIN
For Competitive Runners
​We take you to the hills and trails of Kenneth Hahn Park for 8-weeks to develop you for the track, cross country course, and road.  To build strength, this program emphasizes calisthenics. We'll work on your core, technique, running mentality, and physique.  By the end, you'll have a foundation to build your season. 

​Length:  90min
​Sessions:  2 days/wk for 8 weeks.............($25/session)
CORE TRAINING
The core is the most essential unit of an athlete's body.  In addition to the abdominals, the core is comprised of the glutes,mid/lower back, hip flexors, and hips.  Reduce the likelihood of injury and maximize performance by strengthening and stabIlizing your core through our core training program.  
Length:  1 hour
4 Sessions..........$100 ($25/session)
